From the miraculous birthing of the nation of Israel from the loins of a 100 year old man, Abraham and a 90 year old woman, Sarah – to the ten plagues wrought upon Egypt – to the thousands of healings and miracles performed by Jesus – to the supernatural happenings in the early Church – God has always demonstrated His love, power and mercy to the nations of the world.

Three Divine Keys released best Rains in a Decade

In 1995, when Zimbabwe was experiencing the worst drought in living memory, 85% of livestock had perished and over half the nation’s population was living on foreign food aid, God spoke a strategic word to Randall Close.

There were 3 keys to unlocking the rain.

 

 

 

First, God’s people must repent (2 Chronicles 7:14).

Second, They must stop praying against the country’s leaders and start praying for them (1 Timothy 2:1-4).

Thirdly, they must believe and not doubt when they pray for rain (Mark 11:22,23).

Randall called the Church, the secular leaders of the nation and the media to come for a special prayer for rain meeting that would guarantee the drought would break and the heavens would open. Although many of the secular leaders had by that time tired of attending nonproductive prayer meetings for rain, God was true to His word. The presence and pleasure of the Lord was felt by all in attendance and Randall spoke the prayer of faith to call for a season of abundant rains. Within 4 days the Southern Africa Weather Service revised its forecast and Zimbabwe received the best season of rain in over a decade!
